This is my candy store! ?When I need jewelry Silver Jewelry, I come here and see my fabulous friend Ralph. ?They have both classic, timeless pieces and bold statement pieces, so toy won’t be disappointed. ?Love their handbag and travel selection! ?I always get compliments on my HB pieces
Not only is everything in this store adorable and a MUST HAVE, their customer service is great. Grace P. bought me a necklace for Christmas and it ended up breaking after I wore it out for a couple of hours. I took it into the store hoping that they would replace it, but didn’t really think that they would. Even though the store no longer had the necklace, they called the Costa Mesa location to ship me the necklace at no additional cost. I received the necklace in just a few days with a sweet note. Even though their items may be pricey, I’m a girl and I love purchasing random, pricey trinkets that make me smile. This is a great place to purchase a present for your girlfriend, friend, sister, etc.
Love Love Lovety Love Love.A longtime fave since my NYC college days, I still can’t get enough. ?Oh, Bendel’s, I love you more than candy.
If my Happy Place were to materialize, it would look a lot like the inside of Henri Bendel. ?The colors, the patterns, the textures are so far from zen, and yet I can’t help but breathe deeper when I step inside. They are one of the few establishments that scream luxurious without charging luxurious prices. ?Could I shop here every day? ?No, but I can occasionally treat myself without having to skip meals for the pleasure. ?Lots of fun accessories are under $100, and don’t even get me started on their amazing candles. ?Peony, Green Tea – be still my heart! The service is nice without being overbearing. ?I’m never ignored and I always feel welcomed to browse, which is such a pleasant feeling.
I. Love. Henri. BendelThis place is Dangerous! We spent more than 2 hours in this Tiny store…and bought bangles, clutch bags, rings, key chains, key fobs, sandals…Oh MY!The prices were not as crazy as I thought it would be. I wish the store was bigger…but also glad that it wasn’t! Wonderful customer service. Very friendly and indulgent of our shopping habits antique watches!
I realize that it has not been very long since my first review. But seriously need to update and give this store 5 stars not 4.It started RAINING in Los Angeles, and of course when it rains, we Angelenos go crazy, forget how to drive and overall just freak out. I freaked and immediately insisted on getting the Henri Bendel rainboots. I called ahead, placed them on hold and purchased them very quickly, which was fantastic because I had no time. They came in a BAG to carry my boots in. How perfect! I also bought my friend a birthday present there, and the girl ringing me up giftwrapped it for free. Absolutely adorable wrapping too. I mean who doesn’t want to a present in a brown & white striped box? It’s like the Tiffany blue!Still have my eyes on more things for Christmas though, Joanna P.!
omggggggg my favorite store at the beverly center- hands down!! to the gays: u must take ur faghags&go to this place immediately!! i rest my case. where else can u get chocolates to jewelry to expensive purses to mortorcycle helmets in1place!?!? (i hope they work on toilet seat covers soon!)
I’m in love with Henri, Henri Bendel! ?What a fabulous little shop. ?It’s extremely chic and the service reps are super nice. ?Not the usual houghty toughty folks in designer shops. ?Their accessories are also trendy in every way. ?They were having a mini sale and I picked up some of the best flip flops ever. ?Too bad they don’t have everything online that they have in-store. ?Bendel for life!
Yep, love this place! ?I first went to the one near Miami, and was so excited to hear they have one at the Bev Center. ?This place is very different from the NYC store, which is a large department store. ?Instead, this place is a smaller accessories store, with great jewelry, purses antique pocket watches, dog accessories, etc. ?I am obsessed!!
This store has excellent decor and excruciatingly detailed product designs. The bags and jewelry are exquisite. The employees are fashionable which is a plus.

Pearls, pearls, pearls pearls, pearls I do adoooooore.I honestly could care less for shiny jewels and blingbling from Tiffany’s or some other equally overpriced store. ?Just give me some non-Forever 21-rust-inducing post earrings for my baby ears and I’m all G. ?Buuuuut… there’s something about pearls. ?Classy. ?Elegant. ?Think 1940s, Coco Chanel, Audrey Hepburn. ?This is not (really) a statement about your wealth. ?It’s about being a woman. ?Who cares if it’s a bit of extracted shellfish tumor? ?With that in mind, my mom I and went down to the LA Jewelry District to find a nice little something for my grandmother. ?If you want authentic Body jewelry, quality jewelry at much cheaper prices than at Kay’s or Ben Bridge, your wallet pleads you to stop here first. ?Take note CZ Jewelry, fellas. ?Now this ain’t no Mikimoto, but this store is exclusively devoted to pearls and the people who work there are knowledgeable and clearly passionate about their products. ?We barely knew anything about pearls when we walked in, but Reina devoted at least a very patient half hour explaining the different types of pearls, their origins, luster, and the different grades so that we’d know exactly what we were looking at. ?She asked us who it was for and knew what styles were better suited to a younger or older customer as well as the proper pearl size they should wear based on their physical stature. ?Who knew there were so many factors involved?! ?Geez. ?But seriously, no frills, no fuss, no shadiness. ?You tell them what you want, who it’s for Pearl jewelry, your budget and it’s done.Speaking of which. ?We ended up buying a beautiful 17.5″ Japanese Akoya pearl strand (6″-6.5″) and she cut it down to $275 for us. ?She even dropped a pair of stud earrings for me (6.5″, 14k posts) for a mere $23. ?She wrote up an appraisal for us while they were stringing the necklace (pretty cool to watch), and explained that the earrings usually sell for $150 at places like Macy’s and the necklace was well worth over $500. ?Yes, it’s too good to be true.Sooner than not, it’ll be my turn to shell out and get my momma one of those babies. ?But when the time comes, you best bet I’ll be coming back here.

went in with my fiance. helped by both sandy and anthony, asst manager and manager. they sold me a band that came as part of a set so i thought that was nice. band wasnt the size i wanted so rather than shrink it they just ordered hersize. came in a week later and it was ready. but, ring was a bit small, so they said i can come in and exchange it or resize it. even offered me a free carnival cruise. price was a little high, but i got a 1/2 ctw princess channel white gold band for 900, however the color was better quality than other stores offering me cheaper prices. i thought customer service was great thats why im wriitng this review. brought out water, cleaned my fiances engagement ring, gave us gift cards towards a future purchase, probably m,y wedding band Wholesale Costume Jewelry! all around great experience
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The first time BH and I came here a few weeks ago, we were quite pleased with the customer service. ?The big guy (owner?) and the Chinese lady were working there helped my boyfriend and I pick out a setting and a diamond. ?The center was around 1 carat, princess cut and the setting was around $650. ?Total was around 10k. . .and a few days later, the owner called my boyfriend and said he would give us the ring for around $8750. ?Really cheap.Good thing we didn’t buy it then and there. ?The owner told us he was having a diamond show today (11/27) and that we should stop by.We did and we were HORRIFIED by what we found. ?The service was AWFUL. ?The sales people that helped us at IOTR, Diamond Center, even Helzberg remembered us and even the settings and diamonds we were looking at. ?The Chinese lady and the owner did not recognize us.Bad mistake. The Chinese lady helped us again and showed us the SAME setting for $6k. ?She said it was half off and now $3k. ?Bullshit. ?She even had the nerve to show me a setting that was $17k!!!! ?I nearly choked when she showed me the price tag, and even had the AUDACITY to say it was now half off for $8k.People, the prices she quoted me were for JUST THE SETTINGS and DID NOT include the center stone. ?I got really curt with her Costume Jewelry, and basically straight up told her (loud enough so others could hear) that I could get the same setting but BETTER quality with BETTER diamonds for way less – for $1500 or less. ?I grabbed BH’s arm and we got out of that hell hole. Please do not EVER buy from Romano’s. ?Obviously they care more about making a profit than helping out customers. ?To think they thought we were stupid enough to fall for the “raising prices up only to give you half off” scam to make you think you’re getting a better deal – that won’t work on us. ?We’ve shopped around enough and been to enough places that we can smell a rat when it comes crawling out of a sewer.
Well, the good news is that I found the ring I want here! The service started out great from a lady named Sandy. She showed me rings beginning with the really expensive ones. I told her those were way out of the budget so she took me over to a lesser selection. In this selection I found the perfect ring. Sandy moves very fast and jumped straight into talking money with my boyfriend. It probably took about 10 minutes from when we walked in to Romano’s, to talking money. I was kind of… “NBD but really?” about that. One thing that really annoyed me was that while she was talking money with my boyfriend, I was naturally browsing more rings through the cases, and then, naturally, wanted to try on more huge expensive rings just for fun. I mean, after all, we were only in there for about 20 minutes. When I asked to try on a few more rings, she kept telling me to “hold on” and “let me finish” in a bossy way. My boyfriend and I would look at each other and giggle or secretly make faces when she’d do this. It happened a few times. Luckily, we’re not super picky and were just there to have fun and find the right ring… So we did that – with each other and had a great time. Sandy is a very nice lady and I do believe she had our best interest in mind. We’d go back, but we have experienced better. And I’m really happy that I found the ring I want! I’ve been looking, trust me. ![]()
This store is just full of BLING!! G’ddam!! Don’t go blind in here, folks!! This is your one stop for all the bling you could ever need and/or want. I stopped in here once, before the store moved upstairs near JC Penney. ?I noticed, they sell a lot of gawdy things. ?They sell everything from iced out watches and cuff links to huge cross pendants and rings of all sizes. ?I do not know how the quality of their merchandise is, but you could definitely go blind in here. They offer in house financing as well. ?Just like every other jewelry store wholesale Silver Jewelry, they are preparing for their Valentines Day sales!! Look to them if your girl or guy has some serious taste or is just picky and wants something real unique. THey will even make custom pieces for you. While the sales people seem real cold, they are quite friendly. I have yet to purchase anything here. . . but that’s because the piece I like is about $7,000+

History
Established in 1981
Diamond Center was established in 1981, by my father Yacoub Chamsi who operate the business on a wholesale level by supplying large size white and natural fancy color diamonds to the jewelers and diamond dealers between Los Angeles and Antwerp, Belgium.
In 1986, he drew on his 40 award winning years as the top jewelry designer of Syria to teach me more about the business. After that we decided to open a retail jewelry booth in the Los Angeles Jewelry District and had great success ever since.
Meet the Business Owner: Sam and Maria C.
I have been very blessed to learn the wonderful artistry of design from my father, how to be meticulous and precise with manufacturing, and most important, a high standard of ethics and customer services.
I always have truly enjoyed making unique and well crafted pieces of jewelry, but more than that, I enjoy working with my customers, all of whom are very important to me. One of my greatest experience was to cater a piece of jewelry to Mr. Stevie Wonder, whom I had a pleasure to work with during my first years in the business.
In 1995, I married the girl of my dream, Maria, after she finished her Bachelor Degree. Working by my side, Maria has developed her own unique style and enjoys spending time with our customers, whether they are looking for a $300 or $250,000 piece. We enjoy the smiles on their faces everyday, the Oooohs, the Ahhhhs, and the kind letters. Together we have helped thousands of customers with a flawless record, and enjoyed every moment of it.

Sam, Maria and Julie are incredible! After searching through tons of Yelp reviews, I decided to come check out Diamond Center to look at engagement rings and get ideas. Upon walking in, we were warmly greeted by Maria. She spent about 45 minutes with my roommate and myself educating us on what to look for when purchasing a diamond. There was zero pressure to buy and I really felt comfortable there. Fast forward 5 months to Nov of 2011 when my Dad wanted my help re-designing my mother’s wedding ring and band. Turned out that my mom’s diamond had a crack in it and was not a great choice for the new ring. Maria helped me narrow down my gem search and we decided on a Sapphire in an antique diamond halo setting (breathtaking). We were able to use diamonds from my mother’s wedding band to create a matching white gold infinity pave band that fits perfectly with the Sapphire ring. Can’t wait to see my mom’s reaction when she opens it on Christmas! My boyfriend and I are planning on getting engaged next year and I will definitely be working with Sam and Maria. Their style of rings (they can design anything you like) are truly unique in a sea of generic halo settings that is the diamond district. If you want a one of a kind piece that will be reflective of your personality, visit the Diamond Center. They are moving upstairs to a private store in Dec 2011.
Originally we came to the area to check out Inta Gems, but ended up looking at the selection at Diamond Center. Inta Gems was overpriced, in my opinion. Sam, Maria and Julie were fantastic! They are very nice, they take their time and they do not pressure you at all to make a purchase. We stopped in twice over the course of a year while researching diamonds and I have always found them to be pleasant and helpful (Ok really 3 times over the course of 3 years because it took longer than expected for someone to propose…). Sam/Maria answered all of my questions and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Unlike some other jewelry stores we have visited downtown, when they are helping you out they focus solely on helping you versus trying to talk to multiple people at once. Since my fiance has been working out of state, I had to make the final diamond selection by myself. ?I told Maria what I was looking for in terms of price point and specs and they brought in a handful of diamonds so that I could narrow them down to a couple that I liked. ?They have the largest selection of diamonds from all the places we visited. ?I have a cushion cut diamond and they are even harder to find, but they had plenty for me to choose from. ?Sam even opened the store at 7 am so that I could look at them without having to go downtown during my lunch hour. I spent nearly 2 hours looking at the 4-5 diamonds. The next day I had a moment of panic regarding the two that I had chosen to show to my fiance because I was worried they had a crushed ice look (they didn’t) and asked if they could take photos of the diamonds. Julie took excellent photos and emailed them to me right away. Since we only had one day to make the purchase when my fiance was in town, it was very important for me to do my research earlier in the week and it was nice to know that they will go out of their way for customer requests. ?I get a lot of compliments on how shiny my diamond is from random people all the time. Even some male friends have made comments on show shiny my diamond is (yes straight guys). This past weekend a girl that was ringing up my purchase at Sephora literally gasped when she saw my ring and said it was the most beautiful ring she had ever seen. Julie cleaned it while I was looking at wedding bands so it was extra shiny but I kind of laughed at the Sephora girl because she was quite animated about it. While I know I have a really great quality diamond it’s nice to hear compliments from strangers because you know they aren’t just trying to be nice! Their prices are definitely the most reasonable I have seen around downtown. I did not end up purchasing my setting here because I was stuck on a Tacori design, but I am sure if we had mine made here I would have been just as happy. We came back to find my wedding band last weekend and Sam/Maria/Julie were helpful, and as always they were very patient while I looked over everything. We looked at a few other jewelry places before choosing a band from Diamond Center. I ended up getting a .52 carat antique style eternity band – another jewelry store nearby was charging double for only .22 carats.I plan on purchasing more jewelry from Sam & Maria in the future whenever I need more baubles! Or at least I plan on picking out more jewelry and having my future husband buy them ![]()
I’ll be back once they finish remodeling their store. ?Its hard to look at diamonds sitting in a desk chair with not enough light.
Diamond Center jewelry shop is larger than most shops in DT. They have a wide range of selection for any bride. Their customer service is impeccable and their creation is incomparable.Sam Cubic zirconia jewelry, Maria and Julie have been extremely patient with me and my bridezillaesque nature
I never once thought that I would be like “one of those bridezillas” but I guess and I have succumb to this…Every Bride wants their ring to be perfect, personalized, unique and special. Diamond Center ?will help make this happen for you
They will cater to your needs while delivering what is perfect in your eyes. Thank you Diamond Center
My engagement ring was customized at the Diamond Center and it was just unbelievable how they turned my rare madagascar sapphire into a ring that is so precious and original I can safely say that no girl in town has one like mine. I am so lucky to wear such a work of art and Sam and Maria are all to thank for it.I didn’t physically ever go there, but the little questions my fiance asked me about the specifics came to fruition and all I can say is WOW! WOW! AND WOW!!! Fiance he’s cool too. Thank you so much for making my not my day special but my LIFE special! Highly recommended for special requests/designs.
I was first introduced to the Diamond Center in the LA Jewelry Market by a savvy friend and wedding coordinator who has done business with Sam for over 25 years. ?I just wished I would have listened to her advice sooner! Working with the staff at the Diamond Center was an awesome experience. ?The store is ran by a couple (Sam and Maria) and a gal named Julie. ?They are ALL super nice, helpful and shockingly honest. First the thing you are going to notice is how attractive the couple is. ?It is so great to be able to do business in Downtown LA with people who A- Speak good English B- Are professional business people who you known immediately are not trying to take advatage of you C- truly care about you and the best fit product for you!I couldn’t believe it, they actually talked me OUT of buying a more expensive ring due to our lifestyle! ?Who does that? ?My fiance is in the Army and often works with his hands and we had originally picked out a white gold ring with a design, instead Maria suggested that we should get a strong custom designed White Tungsten ring that was a third of the original cost and came with a lifetime warranty. ?Needless to say we are super happy with the selection that was made and it will be here in a week! ?We can’t wait to see the final product! As for my wedding band, I asked them to do a custom piece that would match my custom engagement ring (that was not made by them- and now I am regretting that decision). ?Sam appraised my ring for LESS than what I had originally paid for it. YIKES! I gave him the specks of my GIA certified ring, and he looked up the cost of diamonds at the time we bought it and said that I had paid an X amount over the maximum market cost of my 1.5 carat diamond! ?The same thing happened to my custom setting! ?Like I said, I really wish I would have met them sooner. Needless to say, he took the measurements of my ring and is now personally ?making my Eternity Wedding band to match the custom design by hand using top of the line 3D technology. I can’t wait to see how it comes out! ?It was really great working with them because, they have been in that area for so long they even helped recommend some other local vendors that we needed for the wedding. They even recommended that we come back the week of my wedding so that they can Re-Dip and polish my engagement ring so that it will be showcase ready for the pictures! ?What a great idea! ?They said it should only take an hour to do and once again is going to cost me a 1/4 of what the maker of my ring wanted to charge me.Overall my fiance and I had a great experience and we look forward to a lifelong relationship with Maria and Sam and can’t wait to have our anniversary pieces made my them as well!
D elightful people: Sam, Maria, and Julie are SO LOVELY!!I nterested in really helping you, not in just making a saleA dvise you on cut//clarity/flouresence/etc, so you know what you’re buyingM ake extra effort to find the perfect stone and setting for youO pen til 5, but willing to stay late to help you outN egotiate with their own dealers to find you the BEST priceD idn’t rush us once, even though we were taking up a lot of their timeC ustomers = FRIENDS, not just $$$… we talked about so many things :]E xplain things very kindly and patiently to you. I learned a LOTN ever have I felt more cared for while shopping for anythingT ook us safely in his own car to ours a few blocks awayE xtremely happy with our purchaseR eturning? YES!! I’ll always check here first for ALL my jewelry needs ![]()
After being sorely disappointed with the price and wares at Inta Gems, we turned our backs and faced Diamond Center, Inc. ?The people here were so nice – Maria and Sam worked really hard to get us what we wanted. ?Sam didn’t exactly have what we were looking for, but printed out the GIA copies of the loose diamonds of the color and clarity we wanted for us to view and keep for future reference. ?He told us to come back next week when he would have them available for us to see. He also listed the price for credit card and cash on the papers to make our lives easier. The prices for the settings were really competitive, and rivaled that of IOTR. ?I saw this lovely cushion halo setting that reminded me a lot of the one I saw at IOTR, for $1800. ?It was a little more than IOTR, but the setting here had more diamonds and more intricate basket and work done on the ring. Maria also told me the band was 1.9 mm but she would give me a little bigger diamonds – to 2.1 mm for free, since I was getting a bigger diamond for the center, and she believed a slightly thicker band would look better overall. ?I also saw a round halo engagement ring and band set for $1280 – total carat weight on that was .48. ?Not bad. ?Across the aisle at Inta Gems, they were trying to sell me just the ring part for $1500!!!BH and I came away from Diamond Center very pleased, and the people there weren’t pushy and didn’t give us any pressure to buy, but we could also see that they would work really hard to get our business. ?Overall, I would come back here for future diamond/jewelry purchases, but the perfect engagement ring search is still on. . .
My husband and I loved working with Sam & Maria! ?This review is way over due, but our experience has only been positive and wanted to add to all the other positive reviews. We were referred to them through a friend when we were looking for my engagement ring & our wedding bands. ?They are super knowledgeable, helpful, patient, & easy to work with. ?My custom made engagement ring turned out exactly as I had wanted and we could not be happier with this awesome husband & wife team. ?I really appreciated their attention to detail and their obvious passion for what they do. ?There are so many vendors in the jewelry district and it’s difficult to know who to go to…I’m so glad that we found them through our friend! ?We will definitely be repeat customers!
Where is the 6 star button. So they do t have the showroom or marketing like Robbins bros, but when shopping for a ring, it’s about substance and price!!! Get a certified ring so you can compare apples to apples then you will see a difference in price! You won’t get some kid on commission with high pressure sales tactics but 2 very knowledgeable jewelers with a nice selection.
Sam & Maria = awesome. ?great people. ?They custom made a ring for me & my fiancee, and she absolutely loved it! ? Sold me a ring that appraised for thousands more than they charged me. ?Highly recommended!
Very helpful. I went to look for diamond studs for my wife , not knowing all of the lingo. They were a referral from my mother. They spent a couple of hours with me and the price was very reasonable. Maria was awesome!
Sam and Maria were defintely the nicest and most knowledgable people in my engagement ring shopping journey! On top of that they were also the most competitve on the price and were willing to match if i found cheaper! I never got the pushy vibe i felt from other jewelers! Both of them are extremely patient and will work as long as it takes until you find the one! I will be going back to them in couple months to get my wedding bands and probably go back to them in few years to upgrade the ring. haha
I can’t say enough great things about Sam and Maria! ? ? I first went to them last Fall when I was looking for an engagement ring. ?With this being my first major jewelry purchase, I was understandably very nervous about getting ripped off/finding the right ring. ?But they spent a lot of time educating me on what to look for and were very patient ?When it came time to actually pick out the ring, they listened to what we were looking for in terms of style and did a good job at staying within our budget. ?The end product was gorgeous. ?My fiancee’s eyes light up whenever she looks at it. ?After the first good experience, we again went to Sam and Maria this winter to have them use the diamonds from an inherited Marquise diamond ring into a necklace. ?When I first saw the ring, I didn’t think it would be possible to make anything out of it that would look remotely modern or up to date. ?Maria did a great job in using the existing diamonds to make a very modern and up to date necklace. ?It truly is beautiful. ? ?Once again, they did a great job.If you’re looking for a jeweler you can trust who has a great sense of style, I would definitely recommend you stop by and talk with Sam and Maria. ? They will take great care of you.
My First Yelp!My first yelp experience was with diamond center. ?I actually did lots of research on yelp before i went to LA to buy my engagement ring. ?I wanted to check out some of the retailers with the best reviews. i first went to inta gems to check them out and that is when i met Sam and Maria from Diamond center(right next to inta). ?Sam and Maria were such a pleasure to work with. ?I Had an idea of what i wanted but no retailers in downtown had my ring. ?so as i sat and talked with sam he started showing me what i was looking for with different molds he had. ?he spent lots of one on one time with me and even stayed 2 hours after they closed to help me. ?I had a trip planned two weeks after i saw sam and that was my deadline because i wanted to propose on my vacation. ?Sam not only created a custom ring from scratch, he also delivered on a very agressive time frame. ?he even offered to meet me by my house in orange county to get me my ring on time.Sam and Maria kept in constant contact with me over the two weeks and even sent me computer model pictures of the design along the way. ?But the best part about my experience was the final price. ?i know for a fact the diamond(GIA certified) was 15% – 20% cheaper than any internet site(blue nile for example) and the custom ring was a great deal. ?my now fiance loves the ring and tells me everyday how great of a job i did, but i really have to give all the credit to Sam and Maria. ?Thank you both again!
Buying an engagement ring was decidedly not my core expertise when I went into Sam and Maria. But they were so great at helping me understand the intricacies of buying a ring, listening to what my soon-to-be-fiance wanted and working within my budget. Not to mention the work they did on the ring and all the different versions/layouts I got to see. They made it so that I had NO DOUBT that my fiance would love it, which she does. We’re going to use them to get our wedding bands, as have the friends that recommended me to Sam and Maria in the first place. And they were recommended by friends who were ALSO recommended by friends. If you’re not getting the point by now about Sam and Maria…you never will…which is a shame cause they are awesome.
My fiance and I stumbled upon Sam and Maria’s shop a few months ago. She was interested in having a sapphire and diamond combo ring. She walked by DC’s display and liked the designs. Sam showed her what he could do with a ring he had in stock and she loved it. We went back a few months later to enhance her rings and look for my wedding ring. Maria took charge that visit and her insight was invaluable. I have to say that I have been to the DC three times and each time I walk away even more impressed than the last time I was there. Thanks DC. Thanks Sam and Maria for making our experience special. I highly recommend the Diamond Center.
I had a great experience at the Diamond Center Inc. Sam and Maria were awesome. I went to find an engagement ring and they totally worked with my budget. The prices were great and they were very good to me and made me feel really important. I cant wait to pop the question, then Ill try to post a pic of the ring, if I can pry it from her finger that is.
Diamond Center is the BEST! ?You won’t find a better place to go for beautiful jewelry. ?Sam and Maria are wonderful fashion jewelry, so pleasant to work with Stainless Steel Necklaces, and so helpful! ?I have been going to them for years for all of my nicer jewelry and for gifts…and I absolutely LOVE my engagement ring they made for me. ?The detail is impeccable and the diamond is absolutely stunning. ?They can do anything, ang their craftsmanship is fantastic.

I recently purchased an engagement ring for my Fiancé at Wilson’s Jewelry Wedding Jewelry, and have nothing but nice things to say about Wilson and his shop! ?I spent 3 weekends in a row shopping in the downtown LA jewelry arts district, and let me just say it can be very overwhelming with the amount of jewelry stores down there. ?I found myself returning to Wilson’s several times because i feel he had the most beautiful selection of engagement rings, great prices Wholesale Costume Jewelry, and very knowledgeable about his craft. ?He was very personable and took his time with me and made the whole situation very comfortable. ?It was a no-brainer ! ?I did my homework and researched a lot of info on diamond engagement rings before coming to the jewelry arts district, so i knew what i was looking for. ?Wilson had my ring custom made to my wishes, having it hand engraved with scroll work on the ring i chose, It came out better than i could have imagined! ?He also took the time to compare several loose diamonds outside his shop fashion jewelry, on the street in natural sunlight…. I mean, what other jeweler would go that far for the customer? ?I would definitely recommend coming here for that special ring or any other piece of jewelry for that matter. My Fiance` loves her new ring, and enjoys showing it off to all her friends and fam! ?The only other place that even came close was “Icing on the ring” ?they just couldn’t match the level of customer service and quality of craftsmanship and felt too much like a big chain store. ?I’d rather give my business to the little guys any day. check this place out, you wont be disappointed !!
I had my ring custom made by Wilson. I told him our budget and he said he will stick within the budget and he did. My ring was magnificent!!! I always get compliments wherever I go. I referred a friend to him to have her ring upgraded and she is very very please with her ring. Wilson is not greedy unlike other jewelers who overcharge you. Visit his shop and you will be extremely satisfied.

When I was looking for diamond earrings for my girlfriend’s birthday, I came across Jewelry Masters and can’t be more happy that I did.Andrew took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, quickly, and for an amazing price. The earrings were stunning and the craftsmanship outstanding. ?My girlfriend couldn’t have been happier with her present. If you’re looking for jewelry and you want the best in customer service, quality and prices, look no further than Jewelry Masters. Andrew is the best!
Andrew was so helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. ?Not only is he a super nice guy, he knows his stuff when it comes to jewelry. ?Great pricing, great quality and I love supporting a local business. ?Totally worth checking out if you’re in the market to buy fine jewelry.
Andrew the Jewelry Master was extremely helpful in helping my wife pick out a new setting for her wedding ring. ?He showed us various options that were within our budget and explained all the intracasies of diamonds and the various cuts and settings. ?My wife picked a beautiful ring which was sized and custom fitted for her. ?We are glad that we can count on Andy at Jewelry Master for any diamond or jewelry needs we may have. ?Not too sound cliche, but he is a diamond in the rough in the jewelry district downtown and online!

After doing my research I started shopping around for a magical piece of carbon. The Lims have great prices and excellent service. They helped me out and I did not feel any pressure unlike my experience at St. Vincent’s. I was able to save some money with the Lim’s and I got exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend The Lim’s.
I wholeheartedly recommend Lim’s.Here I was, all set to go to a major chain store, when a friend referred me to Lim’s, in the heart of the Jewelry District. I know next to nothing about diamonds. Everyone there was super nice to me and my fiancee. They even offered me a bottled water. Because it was hot and I was sweating profusely.I ended up getting a ring that the fiancee adores. I thought I’d pay out the wazoo Stainless Steel Bangles, ended up paying significantly less. Barring the apocalypse, we’re going back for our wedding bands.Highest recommendation.
Bought my fiance’ her engagement ring and our wedding bands from Lim’s. Seeing the smile on her face was worth going to Lims alone. Not to mention the friendly pressure free service. After having a good experiences with the fullerton store, the choice was easy. Buy from 1 of the 2 Lim’s locations. Service exceeded expectations. Whats also good is I received a GIA certification with my purchase. GIA is one of the best certifications you can get for a diamond. The way it was explained to me was, it will tell you about the quality of the diamond. Jewelry is something I can NOT buy online. I just dont trust the internet / shipping service. I am lucky I live close to Lims, I hope they are around for a long time.
Located across the street from St. Vincent’s, in another one of the Jewelry District’s many jewelry centers, The Lim’s Jewelry Company is now my go-to place for jewelry. Why? Well, 1) I don’t know much about jewelry, 2) the family running the booth is very nice, and 3) the prices seem reasonable.Months ago, I, along with my then-fianc’s best friend, ventured down there on a mission to find an engagement ring, first searching through St. Vincent’s with no luck, and then walking up Hill Street checking out the other jewelry centers. What’s a little harrowing about the jewelry mart is the sheer number of vendors hocking their wares. You’re threading your way through the gauntlet, passing by booths while checking out what they have to offer, and at the same time, trying not to make eye-contact with the booth owners sitting inside. I’ve always felt it was sort of like walking into the Mos Eisley cantina whenever I went to the jewelry mart. The last thing I wanted was some paunchy, balding man using some weird Middle Eastern Mind Trick on me: “My friend! Your fianc, she like this ring, yeah? I give you bargain. You buy, ah??”No shank you… In fact, one vendor convinced me to leave him deposit to hold a ring, only to return from Lim’s and find out he already spent the money on something!! WTF?? It’s that kind of place, ladies and gents. Don’t be so hasty to part with your cash unless you’re gonna buy FOR SURE!!Now, the nice folks at the Lim’s Jewelry booth got me to part with my money. In addition to being nice, and seemingly trustworthy, I also chose an engagement ring after looking at only TWO rings. This, after telling them my price range and what I had in mind. It felt like serendipity. Now, I don’t know if the listed prices are marked up on purpose, but the lady there gave me a deal. The price seemed reasonable and the ring I chose was really nice. The ring also came with papers assuring the gem’s “pedigree”, or whatever it’s called. Now what I like about Lim’s, other than the fact they’re super-nice, is that they always remember me, and even more impressive, that they remember my wife’s tastes. We’ve gone back and bought our wedding bands there, and also a couple of other things and they’ve always been gracious. Now Stainless Steel Bracelets, whenever we need to get our jewelry cleaned and ring sizes adjusted, we simply park at one of the pay lots on Hill Street, just south of Seventh, and make a beeline for Lim’s, my safe haven in the Jewelry District.
I was referred to Lim’s by a coworker and ever since I went to them for an engagement ring, they’re my go-to jewelers. ?They provide quality products and service at reasonable prices. ?I’ve shopped around and found that Lim’s gives you the most (and best) for your money. ?They have something for every budget. ?They don’t pressure you into buying something and are very accommodating of your requests. ?The owners are very friendly and they’ve been around since 1982. ?Go to Lim’s. ?You’ll be glad you did.
The Lim’s are super-nice and helpful. ?I bought my wedding bands here and the prices are great. ?High quality and low price. ?What more could you ask for?! ?As happens with my type of ring (eternity band with small diamonds all the way around), a stone fell out. ?They fixed it for free and told me I could always bring it back if that ever happens. ?Don’t go anywhere else!
I went to Lims last year to buy ?an engament ring for my girlfriend. I was recommended there by a friend. I really don’t know much about diamonds so before visiting there I tried to get informed online. I found out about IGA Sterling Silver Pendants, diamond cuts, clarity, colors etc. So I felt a bit more confident when I got there. ? The Lims showed me lot’s of diamonds and settings and also let me take my time and explained a great deal about each diamond I was looking at. They explained how different cuts reflect light and that one of the biggest factors in a good diamond is the cut. I finally decided on a 1carat round cut. It took less then 20mins to get my diamond set and meanwhile I enjoyed a great conversation with the Lims they are really really very nice people. I got my ring along with an EGL certificate that valued it at over “double” the price I paid for it. I also received a lovely gift bag and was informed that I could always come back if I ever decided to upgrade to a larger size and I would get the “full credit” I paid for my ring. ? I am definately a return customer. ? On a recent trip to the mall with my fiance I stopped by the Kays jeweler and found out that they don’t give you any kind of certification on your diamond. Also at Kays they offered me $3200 over what I paid for to buy my fiance’s ring and buy one from them. “No Thanks”

Short Version: Kevin’s a gem!Long Version: It is rare to find a jeweler who is at the top of their game and so down-to-earth at the same time, and that’s what you’ll find in Kevin. I was completely at ease with him and the time he takes with you to get you exactly what you want, whether he has it in stock or he has to make it custom, is nothing short of remarkable. His work is stunning, as you will easily see when you go to his space in the jewelry district. If you’re in the market for jewelry Stainless Steel Necklaces, you owe it to yourself to stop by and visit. You will feel so much better about jewelry shopping with him, and the craftsmanship will give you something you cherish for life. Check’em out!
I was torn between a simple wedding band and a vintage/engraved-styled wedding band. I went with the latter. I saw this ring online that I was in love with the moment I got engaged (two years ago) but it was way beyond my price range. When it was time to purchase our bands, my (now) husband and I went straight to Downtown’s jewelry district. After perusing the many stalls of beautiful rings, I came across Kevin’s. I asked about a couple rings they had that resembled what I was looking for. They informed me that they can customize my ring Sterling Silver Rings! I was a little apprehensive at first and didn’t return for a couple of weeks. They were very attentive as to what I wanted and made good recommendations when I wasn’t sure about something. At half the price of the ring I saw online, I had a beautiful, customized, hand-engraved ring in two weeks! Kevin and his sister Liz were more than accommodating and made me a very happy bride!Other notes: Parking is a bitch – be prepared to shell out some cash at a nearby lot. They do take cards and were able to let me pay for half when I put in my order, and the balance when I picked up my ring.Great place! Not sheisty! Beautiful styles to choose from all within reasonable prices!
My personal Jeweler for over six years. If you are looking for a jeweler who you can trust, count on, have an ease of doing business with this is where you should be. ?Kevin and his sister Liz are professionals, creative, caring, fair rhinestone jewelry, reliable, and TRUSTWORTHY.I do not trust anyone with my jewelery except Kevin. ?Whether I want a custom creation, stunning replication, repair, or polish I come to the corner of 6th and Hill. ?No job is too small or too big. ?Need a watch battery and cleaning-this is the place. ?Did you break your string of pearls?-they will re-string them. ?Do you need a $100k custom creation-ask Kevin. ?Do you have an heirloom or piece of jewelery that needs to be updated or re-set-ask Kevin.Seriously, I cannot say enough about Liz and Kevin. ?They have a fabulous selection, can make or order anything-and you never have to worry about quality. ?The one time (and only one time ever) I had a piece lose a small stone he literally handed me a new necklace out of the case-he stands behind his work. ? Before you buy another piece of jewelery or let old jewlery that needs repairs sit in your drawer go see these two.
Kevin designed country music star, Terri Clark’s wedding ring. Being an aspiring musician myself, I asked him to design mine as well. It’s fantastic. I get compliments on it everywhere I go, it’s been 5 years now and I haven’t had to clean it or repair it or anything, just got complimented on it yesterday while checking out at the grocery store…and the ring is rock solid! Indestructible, platinum, perfect for playing guitar and performing! And I got a great price for the 1.56 c diamond. You won’t get ripped off. You WILL get quality workmanship. The ring is priceless and I got it for around 15k.

This place is great! They always have unique styles that you won’t see on everyone Body jewelry, and the prices are reasonable. I bought a really cool 7 of diamonds shirt a few weeks back and get compliments all the time. If you are looking for cool jeans, shirts, hats Pearl jewelry, accesories that won’t break the bank, go here.
Awesome location on Santa Monica Blvd. Pretty sheik looking clothes, but pretty high prices. The clothes look good and the material is pretty awesome. A typical shirt was about 40 bucks or so. Not bad when compared with other clothing boutiques in the area. Check it out.
High-end boutique in West Hollywood right on Santa Monica Boulevard. Great location, really cool stuff, but damn it’s pricey. Really like their skincare line though. Haven’t found any clothing that I’d be willing to pay the 300% markup on though.
What a terrific store. ?All sorts of special items, great quality. ?And one of very few stores in the USA selected to offer Frank Dandy Superwear. ?You just have to try it to believe how comfortable it is !
Well, what can I say. It’s a men’s boutique. Clothing, gifts, accessories, etc. I’ve shopped here several times, not really looking for anything in particular, yet I still end up leaving with a new shirt or some other great find. I stopped by yesterday, after dropping my car off to be washed, just down the block. Again I found a really great accessory. A baseball hat, done in a tweed. A little dressier than your typical, and very well done. They carried hats in several different fabrics, and since I know one of my friends will steal it, I bought several (it helped that they are only about $29). It’s really hard to find a great cap, and at that price…forget it. Very reasonable prices with a great selection of unique and understated men’s wear, for everyday. And the customer service is very professional, yet friendly and helpful. The guys here obviously like what they do. ?Definitely worth a look, if you’re not already a regular. Especially if you’re trying to watch your wallet.
